Shipping

  • Orders that consist entirely of in-stock items will ship within 1 - 2 business days.

  • Orders that consist of both in-stock and backorder / pre-order items or consist entirely of backorder / pre-order items will ship within 1 - 2 business days of the items becoming available.

  • Backorder items typically ship within 1 week.

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail.

PLEASE NOTE: Our products are not currently available to persons outside the United States, and they are not available to residents of and persons in the State of New Jersey, which criminalizes the possession of unregistered weapons. OUR PRODUCTS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. THE PURCHASE OF “GHOST GUN” PARTS FOR ASSEMBLY IS UNLAWFUL IN NEW JERSEY. THE CONTENTS OF THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT INTENDED AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN ADVERTISEMENT OR OFFER FOR THE SALE OF “GHOST GUN” PARTS TO NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS OR ANY PERSON IN NEW JERSEY.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days of being delivered to your address, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please also send an email to info@MiddletonMade.com or use the Contact Us page. In your email, please include your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and the tracking information for the return package.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive your return(s), we will inspect the item(s). If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping, your refund will not include the shipping cost. If your order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the total purchase amount below the $85 threshold for free shipping, your refund will be for the product you are returning less our cost of shipping.

  • If your return is rejected, we will contact you in an attempt to reach a resolution.

  • If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank or credit card issuer. Depending on your bank's or credit card issuer's processing time, refunds can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days to show up in your account.
